Milwaukee GAMMA, Inc. - Event Financial Report

Thanks for hosting/managing a GAMMA event!

To ensure proper accounting of GAMMA funds, it is now required that event hosts/managers use the “Event Information/Financial Information” form for all events with a financial impact on GAMMA. This is a simple form which should take less than 5 minutes to complete.

Events included in this requirement would be: Annual Banquet, Corn Roast, hockey, soccer, Valentine’s Brunch, volleyball, membership awards, holiday party, skiing, Pridefest and Camping. This is not a all comprehensive list but the requirement basically applies to any event that has money moving through the GAMMA checkbook.

The completed form will be kept on file with the Treasurer to aid in the preparation for the annual audit.

Please note we hope this will not deter you from hosting or managing an event as that is certainly not our intention. Rather, we hope you understand that this will help your Board of Director remain accountable to its members. Please feel free to contact any Board member with questions relating to this form.
