REGISTRATION

The first time you use our online system, you will be prompted to create an account and set a password. Once you are registered, you will simply log-in once prompted to be able to use the online system to send your RSVP, renew your membership, and much more.

PLEASE NOTE: The user name and password that will be used for the Event Registration and Membership System is different from those used to access the members' only section of the website. For security purposes, each member sets his/her own access information when using the system for the first time.

RSVP

To RSVP for an event, simply click the "RSVP NOW" button located in the event listing. The event will be added to your 'basket'. To continue reading about events, click on the link which says "Return to previous screen."

If you are done and wish to complete your transaction, follow the prompts to submit. If you are submitting an RSVP and not making a payment in advance, simply check the "RSVP Only" box in the Payment section and submit. You will receive a confirmation email to let you know that your RSVP was accepted.

PAYMENT

There are four options listed for payment:

RSVP Only:

You can use this option for events that have no cost or fee but still request an RSVP.

 Pay At Event:

Unless the event listing specifies pre-payment, you are always welcome to bring your payment to the event. The Event Manager will be able to collect payments and be sure that they are submitted to GAMMA. Exact change is always helpful, but change is usually available. If paying by check, please make your check payable to: Milwaukee GAMMA, Inc.

  PayPal:

We now accept PayPal. Credit cards can be used for payment with this method. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this feature. If you do, login with your PayPal account information when prompted. If you do not have a PayPal account, simply follow the link provided and you will be prompted to submit your credit card information. These are secure transactions and GAMMA will not have your credit card information on file.

There will be a $1.25 surcharge to each transaction submitted using PayPal. This fee is in place to offset the costs to GAMMA for receiving payments through PayPal. The surcharge is per transaction - multiple items on the same transaction will only incur one fee.
